Standard 2″ x 10″ Fluoride Inline Filter Cartridge.

Reduces fluoride below 0.5 ppm.

Contains fine-mesh pre-resin media to reduce Fluoride that may be present in the untreated water source.

This Media cartridge is a high capacity synthetic absorbent media (synthetic aluminum oxide, also called Activated Alumina), that is highly selective for fluoride, arsenic and lead.

It is manufactured to have minimum of fines and other foreign matter.

Filter is designed to remove contaminants through combination of absorption and chemical reaction.

It has uniform particle size similar to ion exchange resin.

*For best results, do not exceed recommended flow rates and pH conditions: for influent streams above 100 ppm of hardness, reduce cartridge Fluoride removal capacity by 50%; above 200 ppm, reduce capacity by 75%.

Filter media manufactured Locally (California, USA) and is certified to NSF standard 61.

Cartridge is capable of water flow rate up to 2.5 gallons per minute, but optimum performance is achieved at 0.5 GPM (gallon per minute). Be aware, that the higher the flow rate, the less fluoride will be removed from water.
