The 12″ x 52″ Manual Backwash System is a professional-grade solution designed to correct a wide range of water quality issues. By combining high-activity 12 x 40 mesh catalytic carbon with a KDF 85 MediaGuard, this system provides multi-stage filtration for both municipal and well water supplies.

Comprehensive Contaminant Removal

This system is highly effective at reducing chloramines, hydrogen sulfide (sulfur), chlorine, and sediment. The addition of KDF 85 Process Media allows for the reduction of up to 99% of water-soluble lead, mercury, nickel, chromium, and other dissolved metals.

• Sulfur & Iron Reduction: KDF 85 reacts with hydrogen sulfide to form insoluble copper sulfide, which is easily removed through manual backwashing.

Technical Excellence
